چکیده

I declare that I have developed and written the enclosed Study Thesis completely by myself, and have not used sources or means without declaration in the text. Design time performance prediction is an important aspect in the field of component-based software performance engineering. Especially in early development stages the model is on a high abstraction level and precise predictions are difficult. Completions aim to improve prediction accuracy by automatically adding implementation details. Here much research has been done regarding inter-component communication. In order to profit from these within the Palladio Component Model (PCM) however, a completion has to be designed, which is able to combine their results and include them in the PCM. The contribution of this thesis is an architecture and feature-oriented design of four connectors and an evaluation of their most important concurrency related effects on performance.
